Installation instructions

• Braid the hair using the standard or knotless technique.
  
• Braid most of the hair leaving out a small section at the end.
• IMPORTANT - tie the hair at the end to prevent unravelling.
• Smooth strands with mousse.

SHIPPING

We ship to all destinations including Australia and Africa. Free shipping is available on all purchases when you buy a headband and facemask set. Use the code FREESHIP at checkout. Standard shipping starts from £4.99 and has a delivery time of 7-10 working days (so weekends and bank holidays don't count). For a small fee, you can prioritise your shipment and "get it faster". You can expect your purchase to arrive in 4-6 working days. Certain items can be delivered "express" (2-4 working days) and "next working day" (1-2 working days). If you have chosen the fastest option and for whatever reason we cannot fulfill your purchase, we will try to let you know within 1 working day.

We try to despatch orders within 2-3 working days. If however, your item needs to be restocked, it will take longer for you to receive the despatch notification, but you will generally receive your item within the time frame of your chosen shipping option. If for any reason your order might be delayed, we will notify you.

We always aim to despatch your order on time. However, we are not responsible for external factors that are out of our control, for example postal strikes, courier delays etc that may delay the arrival of your order. We do not refund shipping costs where the order is delayed for factors beyond our control.

RETURNS

We do offer returns, exchanges and refunds in case you are not satisfied with your purchase. Ensure that the item is maintained in it's original packaging along with protective packaging, all the tags are attached, that it has not been brushed/used and the lace is in tact. Raise your exchange/return via the "returns" page for an RMA number and send it back. Our returns window is 14 days from delivery date. Once we have received the item, you can expect your exchange/refund to be processed within 3-5 working days. We always advise to send items via a tracked means, as we cannot take responsibility for lost items. We reserve the right to apply a restock fee.

Any discounts from promotions applied will be deducted in full from any refunds processed when not all promotional items are returned.
