Where is my order?

If your order shows as unfulfilled, that does not mean that it has not been processed and/or shipped. We generally update the fulfilment status between 72 and 24 hours prior to the actual delivery.
All shipping options are based on working days. Working days are counted from Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed after the same day processing cut off of time of 1000, are considered as placed on the following working day.

To help you calculate your delivery time, if you order between Friday after 1000 – Sunday at midnight, the earliest 1st possible delivery day is Tuesday, so this is the first working day for delivery.

If you placed your order on Tuesday after 1000, then your first possible delivery day is Thursday, this is the first working day for delivery.

If you still think that your order is late and it has shipped, please see the tab below if your tracking has not been updated for more than 2 days.
Yes. Both Royal Mail and EVRI send out a notification to clients with the tracking. Tracking for items shipped with other couriers can be found in your fulfilment notification.
For UK orders

Parcels shipped with EVRI
If the tracking has not updated in 2 days. Contact EVRI on telephone number: 0330 808 5456 to see whether there is an issue at the delivery property. You will need to have the tracking number that you received in the email they sent you. If the tracking does not update within a further 24 hours after contacting EVRI, contact WIGgIT by sending an email to speaktous@wiggit.co.uk

Parcels shipped with Royal Mail

If your parcel is not delivered within 4 days. Contact us by sending an email to speaktous@wiggit.co.uk.

Parcels shipped with other couriers
Please contact us immediately with your delivery enquiry by sending an email to speaktous@wiggit.co.uk.

For International Orders

Please contact us if you have not received tracking within 7 days.
Unfortunately, all couriers lose parcels. For UK orders, if more than 10 days has passed since you received your tracking notification, please contact us by sending an email to speaktous@wiggit.co.uk
