Terms and Conditions Prize Draw
GENERAL TERMS FOR ENTRY
The competition is open to any UK resident. No purchase necessary. Entrants must be 18 years of age and above. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding. Entries which are not in accordance with the terms and conditions will be disqualified. Winners will be chosen at random. WIGgIT reserves the right to exclude entries or remove inappropriate or fraudulent entries. Entries made after the closing dates will not be counted. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with, Facebook or Twitter or Google+. The Winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph, relevant testimonial and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by WIGgIT relating to any post-winning publicity. The Promoter will have the right to publicly disclose the name of the Winner(s) and their city/town of residence. No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, incomplete or for any failure to capture entry information.
It is the responsibility of entrants to notify the Promoter of any change of contact details. Proof of identity may be required. Use of false details will result in disqualification. The entry must be made by the person entering the competition – entries sent through third parties, agencies or by automated means (such as scripts and macros) will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Prize draw at any time (and for any reason) without notice. The Prize draw will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
WHO CAN ENTER
The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over excluding employees of WIGgIT Limited ("WIGgIT" or the "Promoter"), their immediate families, and anyone else connected with the administration of the Prize Draw.
HOW TO ENTER
You will need access to the internet to participate in this Prize Draw. There are two ways to enter this Prize Draw:
1) Facebook entrants must 'like' WIGgIT, “comment”, and “share” on the relevant post on WIGgIT’s Facebook page and complete the submission page on the WIGgIT website.
2) Via Instagram. You will need to 1. share the relevant image; 2. follow @wiggywigginit and 3. tag @wiggywigginit and three of your friends. Should your entry be selected(in accordance with the process described below) your submission will be published on WIGgIT's Facebook page and on Instagram.
In order to qualify you will need to submit your name, address, telephone number and email address. If you are nominating someone else, you will be contacted for their detail if they are chosen for the final winner(s). Where you are nominating a relative or friend you should ensure that they consent to you passing their information to us before making a submission on their behalf.
By entering this competition, you consent to the contact details that you provide being added to WIGgIT's promotional email database, so that we may contact you from time to time in relation to our products and services. Your data will not be passed on to third parties. OPENING/CLOSING DATES & TIME
Entries to the competition can be submitted from midday of the Opening Date until midday on the Closing Date when nominations close (the Closing Date). Any entry submitted after this time will not be included in the competition. The Opening and Closing Dates will be published on the entry form.
The Closing Date will be determined either by the attainment of an pre-established number of likes or by a the pre-fixed date, whichever is the sooner.
WIGgIT and its agents will select three nominations at random and publish these on WIGgIT's Facebook page (www.facebook.com/WiggyWigginit) and/or Instagram feed 48hrs following the Closing Date (subject to the consent of the relevant entrant, or where relevant the individual to whom the relevant entry relates).

The Winner will be announced on Facebook and/or Instagram after they have accepted their Prize.

Where there are nominees: For the two runner up nominees: Each of the two nominees that is a runner up will receive a £10 WIGgIT voucher that can be redeemed on the WIGgIT Ltd website (www.wiggit.co.uk) according to the terms below. No cash alternative available. There is no cash alternative for the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute Prize of similar value should the need arise. The Promoter does not endorse any Prize supplied by a third party nor does it endorse the third party supplier. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied by any third party connected with this competition.

CLAIMING THE PRIZE
The Prize must be claimed within 7 days of the Close Date or the Vote Date (whichever is applicable). The payment of all costs and expenses involved in claiming a Prize are the responsibility of the Winner(s). If the potential Winner cannot be contacted or the Prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such potential Winner forfeits all rights to any Prize, and an alternate Winner may be selected. An unclaimed Prize may not be awarded. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The Prize will only be delivered to addresses within the UK. The Prize will be dispatched within 28 days of acceptance of the prize claim.
ADDITIONAL CONDITONS
The overall Winner must agree to submit a self-portrait photo whilst wearing the wig or hair extensions, or a photo of the nominee wearing the wig or hair extensions to WIGgIT via email (wiggy@wigginit.com) within 7 days of despatch of the Prize. WIGgIT may engage a professional photographer to take pictures of the Winners. The Entrant agrees that any comment either full or partial supplied as part of entry to the competition becomes the exclusive ownership of WIGgIT and will be protected by UK copyright laws and that WIGgIT may use it for publicity purposes. The Winner and runners up agree that any images generated as a result of the competition or supplied during the course of it, including those taken by a photographer or other agent that the Promoter may appoint, may be published across WIGgIT's social media channels as well as their story and background to be published in print or online. This promotion is in no way sponsored, associated, endorsed or administered by Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to WIGgIT and not Facebook or Instagram.

VOUCHER REDEMPTION
The value of the voucher is redeemable against any purchase in the online store. No rebates will be made will be made on previously purchased wigs. In case the selected item costs less than the value of the voucher, no cash payment will be made covering the difference between the voucher value and the item selected.
